"Way overpriced. I started a policy for several vehicles and my house and a couple other things. They told me the price and I thought it seemed high, but I figured support our local business's and so I wrote the check for 6 months on everything. A month in they tried billing me again. No, I just paid you for 6 months. It was just a mix up they said. So I asked for a breakdown of what each vehicle and stuff was costing me, and I got the run around for days. Every time I got numbers they never matched up to my total. Rather than explaining why, he told me that maybe I should look for insurance elsewhere if it was to expensive. So, I did. But then they wouldn't give me a refund for the overpayment. Had to call and call and go all the way to state farm escalation department and file a complaint. Finally got the correct check to the correct address made out to the correct person after 3 attempts from the underwriters. Only wasted hours and hours of my time arguing with people on the phone and 2 months to get my money back. Horrible insurance company, especially this local office. I'll never step foot in the place again and I suggest you don't either unless you like to be robbed and have your time wasted. Then this is the place for you!"
